🐾 Meet Marley – A Stunning 2‑Year‑Old Looking for His Forever Home

Marley is a beautiful 2‑year‑old boy who is ready to find a loving home to call his own.

He can live with children aged 12+ or in an adult‑only home. Marley currently lives with Misty (FOA Ref: 932) and can be rehomed either on his own or as part of a pair with her. If adopted as a solo dog, Marley will need to be the only dog in the home, at least to begin with.

💖 Personality & Likes

Marley is a playful lad who absolutely loves his toys—rope toys, soft toys, balls… the more variety the better, as he can get bored quickly. He’s very food‑ and treat‑motivated, which makes training fun and rewarding.
He is a true people‑lover and can become fretful when left alone, so he needs a home where someone is around most of the time. Affectionate and loyal, Marley can be very much an “Akita shadow”—always wanting to be close to his humans.

🚶‍♂️ Exercise & Training

Marley adores his walks and travels well in the car, always ready for a new adventure. He is lead-trained but can be strong and may pull, especially when something catches his attention. Because of his strength and breed traits, Marley needs an adopter with experience of Akitas or other large breeds.
