Leo

Meet Leo - A very handsome boy looking for a new home to call his own.

Leo loves his walks and enjoys saying hello to other dogs when out and about. Leo does require a home without other pets as he can be a bit too pu8shy for others inside the home. Leo has been learning to walk on a nice loose lead and with regular exercise and ongoing training he will make a great companion. He enjoys meeting new people and loves a good chest scratch, although the fusses have to be on his terms, in true Akita fashion. He likes to sit his paw on you when he is enjoying a fuss.

His favourite room in the house is the kitchen, his treat room of course, he is learning manners when it comes to meal times. He can sit and wait, with a wiggly bum, before being told he can eat. He is currently fed using a slow feeder bowl as he can be a bit greedy. His favourite food is cheese, which really helps with training, but don't try to fool him with those vegetables!

Leo is currently undergoing crate training. This is going well as he is slowly learning its his safe space. He will sleep in there with the door closed to but isn't keen on it being locked.

As Leo hasn't been around children he does require a child free home.
