Meet Koda, a lovely long-haired boy looking for a new home. His current carer was asked to look after Koda in the short term, however this has become much longer than expected and the set up is not suitable for Koda or his current owner in the long term. Our assessor found Koda to be a pleasant boy, who responded well to his favourite treats! Koda whilst being a calm and neuteral boy, does require some re-training, he does not appear to have a wide knowledge of commands. On the lead, Koda is initially exuberant, however he does in part walk quite calmly! Our assessor decided to groom Koda with a brush, he responded to this well, and as he got to know her better, enjoyed some more strokes and cuddles. Koda is currently living with a thirteen year old, he has not met any younger children and as such he will not be placed in a home with a young family. Untested directly with cats, when spotting them through the window Koda seems keen to play; similarly his current owner has not mixed Koda with other dogs.
