This is Buddy, a handsome big boy looking for a new home. A beautiful boy with lots of love to give, Buddy is intelligent and obedient thanks to the care and training provided by his current owner. Affectionate, friendly and happy to be approached, Buddy was very relaxed around our assessor and pleased to meet her. Buddy has not shown any signs of food aggression or possession, he does love treats and food, which his owner reports as a great help with training! Our assessor brought a toy for Buddy, he played nicely without guarding or being possessive.

Buddy is blind due to an infection that went untreated by his original owner. His blindness does not hold him back, and the FOA Trust (UK) will provide support, advice and guidance to his new adopters as to how best to settle him into the home.

Buddy has lived with a child aged ten, with this in mind we would only be willing to place him in a home with children aged ten and above, who have had experience of living with a dog.
